The Story:
Dawn & Rob met in Washington.
They were introduced by a mutual acquaintance who referred to Dawn as “this
beautiful Hawaiian girl”. Rob was pretty persistent and they finally met for
coffee. In Rob’s words “. I guess we clicked at that first moment, because we
saw each other every day thereafter.” Dawn’s dream was to have her father walk
her down the aisle at Makena.
Dawn’s favorite part of the wedding:
Seeing their daughter all dolled up in her dress brought tears to her eyes. Her
next favorite part -the ceremony. She hadn’t seen Rob all day and was nervous
with anticipation. Once their eyes met she felt calm and relaxed and ready to
proclaim our love and commitment to one another and our children, with our
family, friends and God as our witness. This is what the whole day was about
…the reception, was just the icing on the cake!
